In my mid-twenties, I was overweight and suffered from secondary health issues like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and low energy levels. I decided to make a change and hired a personal trainer, successfully losing 75 pounds through exercise and proper nutrition. This personal transformation sparked my love for fitness and inspired me to help others achieve similar results.
