Monica Strength and Conditioning Coach
Hello! I’m Monica Salamanca, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) and Precision Nutritionist (PNL1) who specializes in helping people with goals like fat loss, muscle growth, and strength and conditioning/sports performance. I’m based in San Marcos and also serve clients in the surrounding areas, including Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest, and San Juan Capistrano.
I’ve worked with a variety of clients ranging from moms of 3 to high school volleyball athletes training for their sport. For the past six years, I’ve been helping others establish a consistent routine with their exercise and eating habits and get stronger in the gym, while embracing a more positive relationship with food & their bodies.
What really drives my passion as a strength coach is when clients start to notice our training inside the gym helping them do what they love outside the gym. I believe that fitness is a journey, not a destination, and I’m committed to guiding you every step of the way.
