Hi, I’m Monica Salamanca, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Certified Nutrition Coach based in San Marcos. I help busy adults build strength, improve body composition, and create sustainable health habits.

For the past 10 years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients from D1 athletes to busy professionals who want to build strength, improve their health, and feel more confident and capable in their everyday lives.

Many people come to me because they’re tired of the crash diets and the all-or-nothing cycle with exercise and nutrition—losing weight, regaining it, and feeling like they’re constantly starting over.

My approach goes beyond workouts. I help clients with consistency in key foundational habits like progressive strength training, nutrition, behavior change, and building a healthier relationship with food and your body, so the progress you make is something you can actually maintain.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing clients realize that the strength they’re building in the gym is improving the things that matter most outside of it; having more energy for their work or for their family, feeling confident in their body again, and staying active for the long run.
